Delete your ConserNews account
You can close your account in a browser, even if you have uninstalled the app.
Start your request
Sign in to the account you want to delete. We’ll open the deletion form, where you must enter your password and confirm your choice. Opening the form does not delete anything.

What account deletion removes
This permanently removes your ConserNews profile, reading preferences, saved stories, and reading history from the active account database. It also removes unused confirmation and password-reset links and queued account email. Your existing ConserNews sign-in sessions stop working.
You can also start this process in the iPhone or Android app: open Account, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.
Subscriptions and billing data
Deleting your account does not cancel a recurring subscription. To stop future charges, cancel separately through Apple, Google Play, or ArlaPay, wherever you subscribed.
Subscription records, including billing email and payment-service identifiers, are not automatically removed by account deletion. Customer records held by RevenueCat and payment providers are handled separately. Contact support to request help with billing-related data.
